Kennewick
Clover Island Inn Hilton conversion
435 N. Clover Island Drive
The new owners of Kennewick’s historic Clover Island Inn have taken the first steps toward converting the aging property into a Spark by Hilton hotel.
CII Hospitality LLC repainted the exterior white with purple and gray accents to reflect the standards for the new economy brand from Hilton.
CII, an arm of The Kishan Group, a hotel redeveloper based in Reno, Nev. and Blain, Wash., purchased the inn but not the land it sits on from a group of Tri-Cities investors in April.
Kishan intends to renovate the property to meet the brand standards for Spark, a newer economy brand launched recently by Hilton. Room renovations are to begin in November.
The hotel’s bar and grill is closed and won’t be renovated and reopened until the rooms have been completed.
Peach Farm Townhomes (update)
1929 W. 10th Ave.
Site work and utility construction is taking place at the former Sanders Peach Farm on West 10th Avenue near Vancouver Street.
The property is subdivided in to 17 lots and is being redeveloped as a series of townhomes by Thomas Wei, who bought the 3.8-acre property in late 2021.
Sanders Peaches said it was shutting down a short time later.
Pro Made Homes is developing the property, with homes flanking an extension of Underwood Place.
Pasco

The construction site is off Road 68 next to STCU Credit Union, north of Sandifur Parkway.
The new clinic, which will cater to underserved communities, will offer medical, dental, vision, behavioral health, imaging and medical nutrition and education services when it opens in late 2025.
