Curious about something new under construction in Tri-Cities?
“What’s being built there?” offers a quick roundup of projects popping up around Kennewick, Pasco, Richland and West Richland.
We have a graduation this month: Shelby’s Floral is set to move in August into its new, 6,150-square-foot home at 6018 W. Clearwater Ave.
The shop is vacating its long-time home at the Marineland Village to move down the street to it’s new storefront.
Hummel Construction and Development of Kennewick built the store for owner Jackie Brown. The project includes additional space for future tenants.
New this week: I’ve added a map created with the help of Proxi, an AI map builder, to help readers visualize where construction is happening. Hat tip to reader Chuck Welte for suggesting it.
