Kennewick
Zintel Apartments
3605 S. Zintel Way
Workers have started framing the future apartment complex near Canyon Lakes.
The complex will have five, three-story buildings containing a total of 58 apartments.
Devi Holdings LLC is the owner. Elite Construction and Development is the contractor.
Kuki Izakaya Japanese Restaurant
697 Crosswind Blvd.
Construction of Kuki Izakaya, a full-service Japanese restaurant at Vista Field in Kennewick, is expected to wrap by late February.
Owner Isabelle Na was among the first entrepreneurs to invest in the future neighborhood, created by the Port of Kennewick at the former municipal air field.
Crews broke ground in November 2022 on the 3,500-square-foot restaurant, which includes an outdoor patio overlooking Vista Field’s water feature. A grand opening has not been announced.
Construction Services of Washington is the contractor for the $1.7 million project.
The Resort at Hansen Park
West 10th and South Columbia Center Boulevard
The Management Group, a Vancouver-based property management and development firm, is adding several new buildings to its 18-acre Resort at Hansen Park rental community.
The Resort at Hansen Park features about 500 for-rent residential units spread across eight different types of buildings along with some retail and commercial spaces.
The site includes triplexes, a garden-style apartment building, several multi-floor urban style buildings and a central clubhouse.
Current construction is proceeding on the clubhouse and residential projects Pinnacle on the Park and Ten 44 Lofts.
Surf Thru Express Car Wash 624 S. Ely St.
Surf Thru Express Car Wash say it is opening its Kennewick location “soon” after more than a year of construction along Highway 395.
The $3 million project includes a drive-thru car wash, as well as canopied vacuum stations.
Chervenell Construction is contractor for the 6,700-square-foot project.
Pasco
RNA Aviation Hangar

RNA Aviation LLC, led by James Alford, is building a new hangar near the Tri-Cities Airport
The 31,000-square-foot hangar is being constructed by Hummel Construction and Development. It was designed by Archibald & Co. Architects.
Home2 Suites by Hilton Pasco
2203 W. Argent St.
A-1 Hospitality is constructing a 107-room Home2 Suites by Hilton Hotel next to its existing Courtyard project.
Both are at the entrance to the Tri-Cities Airport and are built on sites leased from the Port of Pasco.
Fowler Construction broke ground on the $9.5 million, four-story hotel in November 2024
It is expected to open in May after 18 months of construction.
A-1 and Fowlers are also building the AC Marriott Hotel at the Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick.
Richland
Idaho Central Credit Union Richland branch

Idaho Central Credit Union has set Feb. 10 to open its new Richland branch near Costco Wholesale in the Queensgate area.
ICCU is expanding into the market with branches in each of the three cities. The Kennewick branch opened in 2025 at 3720 S. Zintel Way and a Pasco branch is being built at 7406 Three Rivers Drive, near Road 68.
The 5,300-square-foot Richland branch will have a drive-thru.
Chervenell Construction Co. is the contractor.
