Perch Cantina

Perch Cantina, a Mexican American restaurant and bar, is being built next to LU LU Craft Bar + Kitchen at Richland’s Columbia Point.

The 5,500-square-foot restaurant will seat 150, with room for additional 150 on a patio and a rooftop “sky deck” that echoes their 3-Eyed Fish Kitchen and Bar on Gage Boulevard. Chervenell Construction Co. is the contractor.

Cedar & Sage apartments

355, 395, 425 and 455 Bradley Blvd.

Cedar and Sage Development is constructing an apartment complex on Bradley Boulevard, highly visible to the east of George Washington Way at Columbia Point.

To date, Richland has issued permits for 425, 455 and 395 Bradley, all three-story buildings with 48 units apiece.

355 Bradley, which has not yet been permitted, will be a one-story clubhouse and community center.

Pasco

The dairy processing plant needs no introduction, but a quick update is in order. Work is about to get a whole lot more visible after

Pasco issued a permit authorizing construction of a 481,000-square-foot shell building for the milk and butter processing facility. Permits indicate the shell building has a construction value of $43 million.

Darigold broke ground in September 2022, but the work has chiefly concentrated on preparing the property with utilities and the like.

The Miron Construction Co. is the contractor for the work.

The overall project is valued at more than $600 million and is sited in the Port of Pasco’s Reimann Industrial Park.

Ground work started on a 7,800-square-foot multi-tenant retail building in Kennewick’s Southridge area.

The property is visible from South Union Place and is across the street from Cynergy Centre and Costa Vida.

Construction of the “shell” building is valued at $500,000. Tenant spaces will be handled through future permit activities.

The property is owned by Aden Brinkler LLC.

West Richland

Retail, office, coffee

1450 Bombing Range Road

A three-building retail-and-office complex anchored by Swigg Coffee Bar is taking shape next to Bombing Range Road at Paradise Road.

The project is next to a Circle K fueling station and convenience store, across from Yoke’s Fresh Market. SVN Commercial Real Estate Advisors is the leasing agent.
