Kennewick

Canyon View Apartments (update)

3605 S. Zintel Way

Contractors have started installing utilities for a future apartment complex on the southeast corner of the Hildebrand Boulevard/South Zintel Way roundabout, near Canyon Lakes.

The complex will feature 58 units in five three-story buildings. The project will include a mix of two bedroom-two bathroom units along with two bedroom-one bathroom and one bedroom-one bathroom units.

Four buildings will be identical. The fifth will include administrative offices and recreation facilities.

Building permits have not been issued. The city of Kennewick issued utility permits in November.

Srikanth Jaligam of Kennewick is the owner and developer. RPD of Puyallup is the utility contractor.

Fidino Enterprises is constructing a commercial plaza in tandem with its new clinic in western Kennewick.

The 9,000-square-foot-building will feature five spaces plus bathrooms, according to a building permit authorized in November. Construction is valued at $1.7 million.

Dr. Rachel and Andrew Fidino, who are building a new home for New U Women’s Clinic & Aesthetics on the same property.

Booth and Sons Construction is the contractor.

Pasco

Old Dominion Freight Line Inc.

5806 N. Capitol Ave.

Old Dominion Freight Line Inc., based in Thomasville, N.C., is constructing a freight terminal, offices and yard in the Port of Pasco’s PIC 395 Industrial Center.

The construction site is north of an Amazon distribution station now under construction.

JR Evans of Salt Lake City is the contractor for the 32,000-square-foot project, which has a construction value of $10.5 million.

The city of Pasco issued building permits in September.
