On Thursday at 10:11 a.m. a wind advisory was issued by the NWS Spokane WA valid for Friday between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. The advisory is for Northeast Blue Mountains, Lower Garfield and Asotin counties, Washington Palouse, Moses Lake area, Upper Columbia Basin and Waterville Plateau.
