The former site of two Mexican restaurants in Kennewick is being converted into the Crepe Haus.
The restaurant will be at 2100 N. Belfair St. just north of the Columbia Center mall where a Cinco De Mayo restaurant and an El Matador restaurant once operated.

The very thin pancakes originating in France can be savory or sweet with various fillings and sauces, such as fruit, jam or whipped cream.
▪ The owners of one of the oldest restaurants in the Tri-Cities are passing the torch.
The Tri-Cities Area Journal of Business recently reported that Chinese Gardens owners Ted and Amy Wong will be retiring, with new owners taking over. The Wongs have operated Chinese Gardens for 33 of its 58 years in business.
▪ Local favorite Double Dragon is still closed six months after a kitchen fire.
The popular Chinese restaurant still has not reopened and signs on the door say they’re closed temporarily, but the phone number for the business has been disconnected.
