He was born in Rolla, N.D., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 60 years.
He was retired from the railroad.

Leodegario Berlanga Jr., 53, of Kennewick, died Aug. 25 at home.
He was born in Kennewick and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.
He was a manager in the lending industry.

Casey Nicole Bell, 39, of Kennewick, died Aug. 26 in Kennewick.
She was born in Richland and lived in the Tri-Cities for 28 years.
She was a master esthetician.

Shirley Mae Dodd, 96, of Pasco, died Aug. 28 in Kennewick.
She was born in Seattle and lived in the Tri-Cities for 68 years.
She was a homemaker.

Dorothy Louise Wagar, 96, of Pasco, died Aug. 27 in Richland.
She was born in Kennewick and was a lifelong Tri-Citian.
