An uncle and nephew from the Lower Yakima Valley were charged with first-degree murder Wednesday in connection with this week’s shooting death of a teen at a Pasco dance club.

Santos Flores-Alcaide, 28, and Enrique Alcaide, 22, were officially charged in the Aug. 30 fight outside La Tropicana on West Columbia Street.

Eduardo Angon Del Villar, 19, died after being shot four times in the back and leg during a fight about 1:30 a.m. in the parking lot of the club.

The teen reportedly had moved to Pasco in 2008 and attended Pasco and Chiawana high schools.

Santos Flores-Alcaide of Grandview was charged with first-degree assault and possession of a stolen gun in addition to first-degree murder. His bail is currently set at $1 million.

His nephew Enrique Alcaide of Sunnyside was charged with first-degree murder and was being held in lieu of $750,000 bail.

Angon Del Villar and Enrique Alcaide were in a fistfight when Flores-Alcaide allegedly grabbed a gun from a car and fired several shots, court documents said.

A document filed in Franklin County Superior Court on Wednesday said Flores-Alcaide allegedly fired several times at another man, who rushed to help the victim during the fight.

The court document also showed that Alcaide is accused of telling his uncle during the fight to get the gun from the car.

The uncle and nephew drove away in a Dodge Chrysler and were arrested a short time later on Lewis Street.

Police found a .9-mm handgun outside the club and footprints near shell casings allegedly matching the shoes Flores-Alcaide was wearing, court documents claim.
