A motorcyclist was hurt Tuesday when a car turned in front of him on Highway 12 near the Snake River Bridge.

Douglas A. Gradin, 58, of Burbank, was headed east on the highway when a westbound driver in a Nissan Altima tried to turn south onto Tank Farm Road, said the Washington State Patrol.

Marilee C. Panduro, 33, of Talladega, Ala., hit Gradin on his Harley-Davidson Softail Deluxe in the Pasco city limits at 5:25 p.m.

He was taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center. She was not injured.

Panduro was cited with failing to yield the right of way while crossing the divided highway, said the WSP. No drugs or alcohol were involved, said investigators.
