‘Thank you for your service.’ Pictures from Tri-Cities Veterans Day Parade
As Veterans Day approaches, Tri-Citians showed their thanks for those who served. Spectators lined the streets of West Richland Saturday for the 26th annual Tri-Cities Regional Veterans Day Parade.
The Tri-Cities is home to an estimated 16,000 veterans who served in the United States military, with about 45,000 in the region.
The parade featured floats, military vehicles, community groups, marching bands and more.
“The parade serves not only as a tribute but also as a powerful reminder of the unity and gratitude that define our community,” organizers said in this year’s announcement.
Photographer Scott Hunt captured the reverence and gratitude on display from the community at this year’s parade.
