Restaurants offering special deals for Veterans Day in Tri-Cities
Businesses are celebrating Tri-Cities veterans with free drinks, snacks, meals and donations this week in honor of Veterans Day.
More than 16,000 veterans call the Tri-Cities home and an additional 30,000 live in the larger region and come into town to shop, for medical care and more.
Here’s a list of some of the businesses celebrating those who served in the United States military. All events are set for Tuesday, Nov. 11 unless noted otherwise.
Veterans and Gold Star families will want to be sure to bring their proof of service or identifying documents to get the discounts.
Texas Roadhouse
Texas Roadhouse is hosting a Veterans Day event with live music and guest speaker Franklin County Sheriff Jim Raymond.
Veterans can get a free meal voucher between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Tuesday, redeemable any time through the end of May.
The event kicks off at 11 a.m. with a presentation of the flags, escorted by a motorcycle brigade and a welcome speech by Raymond. Vickie Evans will perform patriotic music followed by a concert from noon to 2 p.m. by Vickie and the Boys Plus 1 and Vickie’s Neighborhood Singers, a children’s choir.
Vouchers can be redeemed through May 31, 2026, for one of 10 meals plus a drink.

Tri-City Americans
The Tri-City Americans are hosting Military Appreciation Night at their Friday game. A limited number of donated tickets are available through the Columbia Basin Veterans Center.

Hooked Seafood Boil
Hooked Seafood Boil and Bar is providing a complimentary dine-in meal for veterans and active duty military personnel with proof of service from noon to 8 p.m.
Wake Up Call has free drinks for vets
Wake Up Call coffee, a Spokane coffee chain with more than a dozen locations in the Tri-Cities, will serve complimentary drinks to veterans and Gold Star families on Veterans Day, Nov. 11.
Wake Up Call offers 20% discounts to past and present members of the military and first responders the rest of the year.
Wake Up Call has five locations in Kennewick, two in Pasco and five in Richland, including its newly open spot at 590 Gage Blvd., at Leslie.

Applebee’s is offering a free meal from a limited menu for veterans and active duty military with valid military ID or proof of service.
In addition, Tri-Cities franchises are offering a “Buy a Vet a Beer” promotion, to allow guests to purchase a pre-paid pint of beer for a veteran, with a special message from the purchaser. Funds from unclaimed beers will go to local veterans’ charities.
Arby’s is offering veterans a free classic roast beef sandwich.
Buffalo Wild Wings is offering 10 free boneless wings and fries when dining inside.
Circle K is giving a free medium coffee to veterans and active military personnel using the Circle K app.
Firehouse Subs is giving veterans and active duty military a buy-one, get-one free discount.
IHOP is offering free Red, White and Blueberry Pancakes for veterans and active duty military dining in with proof of service.
Krispy Kreme is giving a free small coffee and doughnut to veterans and active military.
Olive Garden is offering a complimentary meal from a limited menu to veterans and active duty service members dining inside with valid military ID.
Red Robin is giving veterans and active duty military a free Red’s Big Tavern Burger and bottomless steak fries today.
Free haircuts
Sports Clips in Kennewick and Richland will be offering free haircuts to veterans on Tuesday.
Participating Tri-Cities locations are at 3005 W. Kennewick Ave. and 1811 George Washington Way in Richland.
