Poll: What store or restaurant do you want to see come to Tri-Cities?
The population of the Tri-Cities metro area has grown by more than 100,000 people since 2000, leaving retailers, restaurants and businesses struggling to keep up with the boom.
With a 50% increase in population in just two decades, the demand for more shopping and dining options in the Pasco, Kennewick, Richland and West Richland is higher than ever.
Every few months rumors make the rounds about a developer attempting to woo Costco into a second location or Trader Joe’s into coming to the area.
Major businesses can be fickle though, and don’t like to talk about their plans before leases are signed, which only fans the flames.
With massive new developments in progress in each city in the area — from Broadmoor to Badger Mountain South, and Vista Field to the Lewis and Clark Ranch — these beloved companies have plenty of options for new locations.
We want to know what new store or restaurant you’d like to see come to the area. Vote in our poll and let us know!
