“Small Bites” include breaded mozzarella wedges, crispy Brussels leaves and smoked salmon dip.
For a more hefty appetite — “Big Bites” include Kennewick Man burger with bacon and aioli (Its famous namesake was found a short distance upriver), a smokey salmon burger, steak philly sandwich and more.

Feed a crowd — or your just family for the holiday weekend — with a whole cut order from Porter’s Real Barbecue.
The local barbecue chain is offering whole cuts of brisket for $145 that feeds 12 and pork shoulders that serve 8 for $80.
For each whole cut order, the restaurant will add a free bottle of sauce and four marshmallow pops. Preorders can be made through July 3 for pickup on July 4.
If a whopping chunk of meat is too much — no fear all three locations are open on the holiday, with the Richland location making free deliveries for orders of more than $25.
Get there early — before they sell out of options like smoked turkey, smoked chicken halves, sausages, ribs and sandwiches. Grab sides like homemade dill pickle slices, gouda mac and cheese, baked beans or coleslaw.
