Brunch where no one has ever brunched before is starting this weekend at The Bradley by Chef Jessie.
Kicking off on Saturday, June 13, the upscale venue will be serving a new menu focused on weekend midday meal offerings.
Some items include the Les Baies, a berry-topped waffle, for $15, and the Le Cavalier, tenderloin tips with potatoes and a fried egg, for $26.
Diving into a weekend brunch menu and cocktail list, Chef Jessie Ayala has crafted both sweet and savory options for brunch-goers.
If you like more than just coffee with your brunch, The Bradley is also debuting some classic drinks. The La Marie Bleue, $15, is a twist on a classic Bloody Mary, and a mimosa flight, $18, is complete with four seasonal flavors instead of just orange juice.
There also are zero-proof options and coffee available.
Chef Jessie and his wife Susanne, owners of Ciao Trattoria in downtown Pasco, took ownership of the restaurant on March 1 and are focusing on French cuisine.
They also operate Imbibe in Pasco, with a more relaxed vibe for cocktails, wine and small plates, near their Italian eatery.
Brunch hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday, according to a Facebook post by The Bradley. Being open on Sundays is a new thing for the restaurant, whose website states that they previously were open Tuesday-Saturday 3-9 p.m.
If brunch isn’t for you, The Bradley at 404 Bradley Blvd. will still be serving their dinner menu 5-9 p.m., and their bar menu from 3-9 p.m.
