Moonshot Brewing
8804 W. Victoria Ave Ste. 140, Kennewick
Head brewer and owner of Moonshot Brewing, Ryan Wattenbarger, vows to be open for every game of the tournament, as long as people show up.
Wattenbarger’s lifelong love of soccer shines through in the decor of his Kennewick taproom, with team scarfs hung on the walls and framed jerseys. Much of his decor is dedicated to his team: the Seattle Sounders.
The watch party is fit for the whole family, with a kids zone and a dog-friendly space. In addition to their house-brewed beers, Moonshot also plans to have food trucks in the parking lot for hungry watchers.
“It’s gonna be an atmosphere where we’re hoping it’s just like a month and a half party,” Wattenbarger said. “We’ve gone out of our way for seven years to say, ‘Soccer [is] important.’ It’s a growing sport, and it’s gotten so much bigger in the U.S. Come support the places that support soccer.”
