Open seven days a week, Angel Brook Farm’s handcrafted ice cream has rotating flavors. Aside from the brick-and-mortar storefront, they also have two trucks located at Summer’s Hub of Pasco and Summer’s Hub of Kennewick. One thing to make note of is that the Pasco truck is closed on Mondays, while the Kennewick location is open every day.

Flavors include a peanut butter cookie, brown butter honeycomb and key lime pie, according to their Instagram.

3902 W. Clearwater Ave., Kennewick

What’s the Scoop? opened in 2022 and has been serving up pints and waffle cones ever since. Additionally, they run Poutine, Eh? serving up Canada’s favorite food, fries topped with cheese curds and gravy.

What’s the Scoop? is open Fridays from 4-8 p.m. and Saturday from noon until 8 p.m. Their Facebook page is the best place to see what flavors they are currently scooping.

Amethyst Creamery

700 George Washington Way, Richland

Don’t settle for just ice cream. Amethyst Creamery also offers patrons coffee options as well as crystals. This ice cream shop also has a vegan and lactose-free line for customers.

Owner Doug Tallman first opened the shop in 2019. It is now open Thursdays and Sundays, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays, 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
