These Tri-Cities restaurants reopen patios and decks in time for scorching weather

More Tri-Cities restaurants are opening seating in the great outdoors in response to a modified Phase 1 — just in time for a heat wave predicted to bring a streak of 100-plus degree days.

Here are a few options where you can grab a bite and cool off with a cocktail:

The Lodge at Columbia Point

The Lodge at Columbia Point, 530 Columbia Point Drive in Richland, has reopened it’s riverside dining featuring a new menu.

The high-end hotel’s fireside deck along the Columbia River is open along with seating in front of its wine bar.

The hotel’s restaurant Drumheller’s has created a new dinner menu that includes pork banh mi sliders, Lima-style prawns and a Valencia burger topped with crispy proscuitto. All bottles of wine $100 or less are half-off every Sunday.

Cocktail kits to-go are continued to be offered including a honey matcha mojito and blueberry gimlet. Novelty glasses are offered as add-on option.

Outside dining is open 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 4 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Reservations are recommended but not required by calling 509-578-1591.

The Bradley

The Bradley in Richland reopened its patio Saturday, July 25, after shutting its doors in mid-June in response to challenges over coronavirus closures.

The restaurant at 404 Bradley Blvd. will open with a newly revamped menu that will include beef tartare, larb, Agrodolce pork and ratatouille.

Wine by the bottle is being offered 50 percent off daily, as well as large growler fills for $18 and small for $10.

The patio will open at 3 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Reservations are recommended by not required by calling 509-940-5585.
