Fishing seminar planned Aug. 11 in Richland

The Coastal Conservation Association of Washington plans to meet at 7 p.m. Aug. 11 at the Shilo Inn, 50 Comstock St., Richland.

Local guide TJ Hester will provide advice for the fall fishing season. Those who attend will also get updates on fishery issues, regulation changes and upcoming association activities.
