A group was able to witness the “amazing” moment a stampede of sea creatures jumped from the water in California.

An “incredible pod” of short-beaked common dolphins was spotted in Dana Point, according to a Feb. 12 Facebook post by the Dana Wharf Whale Watch.

The video was accompanied by a fitting song, too — “Surfin’ U.S.A.” by The Beach Boys.

Short-beaked common dolphins are known to be ”highly social and energetic,” measuring less than 6-feet long and weighing around 170 pounds, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

They have rounded foreheads and usually travel in large groups or even “mega-pods” that include thousands of dolphins, NOAA said.

The dolphins, leaping in what looks like unison, were also seen with their “adorable” babies alongside them, the whale watching company said.

Dana Point is about a 70-mile drive south of Los Angeles.
