She was born in Astoria, Ore., and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 14 years.
She was a retired secretary for the Bethel School District in Eugene, Ore.

Christine Ann Watts, 74, of Kennewick, died Nov. 10 in Kennewick.
She was born in Phoenix, Ariz., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 34 years.
She was a retired marketing and advertising director

He was born in Seattle and was a former Lower Yakima Valley resident.
