Estif Ramirez Garcia, 38, of Pasco, died Nov. 8 in Richland.

He was born in Ciudad Guzman, Mexico and lived in the Tri-Cities for 27 years.

He was a handyman.

Edward R. Boggs

Edward Ray Boggs, 70, of Kennewick, died Nov. 6 in Kennewick.

He was born in Port Angeles and lived in the Tri-Cities for 45 years.

He was a retired mechanic.

Synthia L. Duehn

Synthia Lee Duehn, 67, of Grandview, died Nov. 7 in Sunnyside.

She was born in Pullman and was a longtime Grandview resident.

She was a retired special education director.

Smith Funeral Home, Grandview, is in charge of arrangements.

Margaret E. Arnold

Margaret Ellen Arnold, 99, of Richland, died Nov. 7 in Pasco.

She was born in Kalispell, Mont., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 75 years.

She was a retired bank teller for Seattle First Bank and Bank of America.
