He was born in Hoquiam, Wash., and lived in Kennewick for eight years.

He was a retired maintenance supervisor for ITT Rayonier Pulp Mill.

Jerry Cleve Nooner, 80, of Prosser, died March 16 at home.

He was born in Prosser and was a lifelong Prosser resident.

He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Wayne Tommy Ruiter, 67, of Pasco, died March 24 in Pasco.

He was born in Vancouver, Wash., and lived in Pasco for 18 years.

He was retired from retail sales.

Joan Van Hill, 87, of Pasco, died March 31 in Pasco.

She was born in Momence, Ill., and was a homemaker.
