He lived in the Tri-Cities for 42 years and was retired from Battelle at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Richland.

Charles Russell Frederick, 67, of Kennewick, died March 25 in Richland.

He was born in Torrance, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 33 years.

He was a retired pipe fitter for Local 598.

Steven Michael Lucas, 70, of Richland, died March 22 in Richland.

He was born in Richland lived in the Tri-Cities for over eight years.

He was a retired IT specialist.

Billy Gene Osborn, 91, died March 25.

He lived in the Tri-Cities area for about 60 years and was a retired trucker.

She was a retired bookkeeper for P&K Automotive.

She was born in Richland and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

She was a retired hotel manager.

DeVearl Alden Jensen, 86, of Richland, died March 21 in Richland.

He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and lived in the Tri-Cities for 51 years.

He was a retired Labor and Industries Claims Investigator.

He was born in Bertha, Minn., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 25 years.
