Charles Mark Smith, 88, of Richland, died Nov. 9 in Richland.

He was born in Tacoma and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 24 years.

He was a retired economic development manager.

Gerald A. Funnell

Gerald Arthur Funnell, 71, of Kennewick, died Nov. 7 in Kennewick.

He was born in Everett and was a Tri-Cities resident for 64 years.

He was a retired instrument technician for Battelle.

Randolph ‘Randy’ J. Charvet

Randolph “Randy” Joseph Charvet, 59, of Grandview, died Nov. 9 in Grandview.

He was born in Sunnyside and was a lifelong Yakima Valley resident.

He was a farmer and journeyman carpenter.

Esperanza C. Cesar

Esperanza C. Cesar, 84, of Kennewick, died Nov. 10 in Kennewick.

She was born in Mexico and lived in the Tri-Cities for 20 years.

She was a homemaker.

Joseph Adrian Torres, 21, of Kennewick, died Nov. 5 in Pasco.

He was born in Othello and lived in the Tri-Cities since 2010.

He was a 2022 Kennewick High School graduate and a Hyster operator for AutoZone.

Susan Lane Mitchell, 86, of Kennewick, died Nov. 9 in Kennewick.

She was born in Las Vegas and was retired from business development.

Jerome ‘Jerry’ C. Peterson

Jerome “Jerry” Charles Peterson, 77, of Kennewick, died Nov. 10 in Kennewick.

He was born in Minneapolis, Minn., and lived in the Tri-Cities area for four years.

He was a retired ranch manager for Badger Creek Ranch.
