He was a retired economic development manager.

He was born in Everett and was a Tri-Cities resident for 64 years.
He was a retired instrument technician for Battelle.

Randolph “Randy” Joseph Charvet, 59, of Grandview, died Nov. 9 in Grandview.
He was born in Sunnyside and was a lifelong Yakima Valley resident.
He was a farmer and journeyman carpenter.

She was born in Mexico and lived in the Tri-Cities for 20 years.
