She was born in Richland and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 18 years.

She was retired classified ad worker in Sarasota, Fla.

Michelle Haggert, 50, of Kennewick, died Nov. 2 in Richland.

She was born in Bismarck, N.D., and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 37 years.

She was an administrative assistant for Winfield United.

Robert Tanner

Robert Tanner, 86, of Richland, died Nov. 5 in Kennewick.

He was born in Braden, Tenn., and lived in West Richland for 30 years.

He was a retired nuclear project manager.

Larry D. Fuller

Larry Dean Fuller, 87, of Richland, died Nov. 5 in Richland.

He was born in Island City, Ore., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 19 years.

He was a retired from the commercial insurance industry.

Pamela Ann O’Kielly Byrd, 68, of West Richland, died Nov. 6 in West Richland.

She was born in Tacoma and lived in the Tri-Cities for 40 years.

She was a retired business manager.

He was a retired boiler refrigeration engineer for Simplot.
