Dewey Elizabeth Hunter, 91, of Richland, died July 26.

She was born in Klamath Falls, Ore., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 48 years.

She was a retired secretary in the nuclear industry.

Edward D. Smith

Edward Damm Smith, 92, of Kennewick, died July 30 in Kennewick.

He was born in McKeesport, Penn., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 45 years.

He was a retired engineer at Hanford.

Cynthia L. Jahnke

Cynthia Lucretia Jahnke, 74, of Kennewick, died July 29 in Richland.

She was born in Richland and lived in the Tri-Cities for 55 years.

She was a retired procurement specialist at Batelle.

Paul G. Scharold

Paul Geoffrey Scharold, 68, of Kennewick, died July 25 in Kennewick.

He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and lived in the Tri-Cities for 47 years.

He was an engineer at Hanford.

Helga Henriette Walker, 88, of Pasco, died July 31 in RIchland.

She was born in Berlin, Germany and lived in the Tri-Cities for 7 years,

She was a retired homemaker.

Steven Landsman

Steven Landsman, 70, of West Richland, died July 30 in West Richland.

He was born in Canada and lived in the Tri-Cities for 54 years.

He was a retired health physicist.

Arnoldo “None” Olivera Madrigal, 64, of Pasco, died July 30 in Richland.

He was born in Jalisco, Mexico, and recently moved to the Tri-Cities.

He was a retired agricultural laborer.
