Richard Milton Steele, 89, of Richland, died July 29 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.
He was born in Hutchinson, Kan., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1943.
He was a retired chemical technician at the Hanford site.

William E. Sharpe, 70, of Mabton, died July 28 in Richland.
He was born in Prosser and was a lifelong resident of the Lower Yakima Valley.
He was a former wheat farmer.

Penny Rae Weideman, 69, of Kennewick, died July 30 at Trios Southridge Hospital in Kennewick.
She was born in Rock Springs, Wyo., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1964.
She was a retired certified nurse’s aide.

Todd Vincent Elliott, 55, of Benton City, died July 20 in Benton City.
He was born in Richland and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

She was born in Jalisco, Mexico, and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 50 years.
