Everett “David” Niel, 75, of West Richland, died July 21 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Pasco and lived in West Richland for four years.

He was a retired ironworker.

Francisco Mosqueda Luna, 89, of Pasco, died July 21 in Pasco.
