James ‘Jim’ D. Hall Sr.
James “Jim” Dale Hall Sr., 87, of Kennewick, died Sept. 29 at Chaplaincy Hospice House.
He was born in Red Wing, Minn., and lived in Kennewick for 10 years.
The U.S. Marine Corps veteran was a retired construction superintendent.

Frank A. Sartain Jr.
Frank Adam Sartain Jr., 73, of Kennewick, died Sept. 30 in Kennewick.
He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and lived in Kennewick for 69 years.
He was a retired carpenter with Carpenter’s Union 1849.

Eugene ‘Geno’ A. Lazzari
Eugene “Geno” Anthony Lazzari, 79, of Pasco, died Sept. 27 in Kennewick.
He was born in Pittsburgh, Penn., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 19 years.
He was retired from the U.S. Navy.

Noel M. Valdez
Noel M. Valdez, 52, of Kennewick, died Sept. 28 in Kennewick.
He was born in Moses Lake and lived in the Tri-Cities for 39 years.
He was a warehouse lead for Lineage Logistics.
