John C. Fox

John Charles Fox, 95, of Richland, died Sept. 26 in Kennewick.

He was born in Portland, Ore., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1950.

He was a retired mechanical engineer for Battelle and a former mayor of the city of Richland.

Lewis D. Muhlestein

Lewis Dee Muhlestein, 85, of Westerville, Ohio, died Sept. 26 in Columbus, Ohio.

He was born in Orem, Utah, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 60 years.

He was retired from research and development work.

Mary Amos Barnett

Mary Amos Barnett, 67, of Prosser, died Sep. 18 at home.

She was born in Indianapolis, Ind., and lived in Prosser since 1993.

She was the office manager at the Port of Grandview for the past seven years.

Prosser Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
