James “Jim” Owen Lick, 63, of Pasco, died April 30 in the Columbia River.

He was born in Stuttgart, Germany, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 40 years.

He was a retired welder for Burlington Northern Railroad.

Carol F. Webb

Carol F. Webb, 85, of Richland, died May 6 in Kennewick.

She was born in Port Angeles and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

She was a retired commercial artist.

Ronald Franklin Hinz, 89, of West Richland, died May 2 in West Richland.

He was born in Milwaukee, Wis., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 45 years.

He was a retired nuclear engineer.

Leora Belliston, 99, of West Richland, died May 5 in West Richland.

She was born in Santaquin, Utah, and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1943.

She was a homemaker.

Helen Weiggands, 96, of Richland, died May 7 in Kennewick.

DeMont Grow Taylor, 92, of Mesa, WA, died May 8 in Kennewick.
