He was born in Renton, Wash., and lived in the Tri-Cities area since 1984.

He was the manager of the Tri-Cities RV Park in Kennewick.

Wayne P. Judd

Wayne Patrick Judd, 45, of Kennewick, died April 3 in Kennewick.

He was born in Kennewick and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

He was a laborer.

Nettie S. Herrin

Nettie Suzanne Herrin, 61, of Kennewick, died April 19 in Kennewick.

She was born in Roigheim, Germany, and lived in the Tri-Cities for five years.

She was the retired credit manager for Martin Marietta.

Vanthong Sapakdy

Vanthong Sapakdy, 74, of Kennewick, died April 19 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Saravan, Laos, and lived in the Tri-Cities for six years.

He was a retired electronic assembly worker and yacht painter.

Mary M. Dillon

Mary Margaret Dillon, 91, of Burbank, died April 20 in Pasco.

She was born in Drumright, Okla., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 70 years.

She was a homemaker.
