He was the retired owner of Wholesale Fire Equipment.

Stephen Foster Collins, 75, of Kennewick, died April 16 in Kennewick.

He was born in Des Moines, Iowa, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 44 years.

He was a retired electronic technician.

Bruce M. Allwardt

Bruce Michael Allwardt, 80, of Kennewick, died April 16 in Sunnyside.

He was born in Lodi, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 44 years.

He was a retired procurement engineer for Energy Northwest.

Lori S. Woodall

Lori Suzanne Woodall, 64, of Pasco, died April 18 in Richland.

She was born in Portland, Ore., and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 43 years.

She was a retired medical technician for Northwest Orthopedic.

Gordon A. Miller

Gordon Alan Miller, 81, of Prosser, died April 16 in Prosser.

He was born in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and lived in Prosser since 1966.

He was a wheat farmer on the Rattlesnake.

Norma Campbell

Norma Campbell, 88, of Kennewick, died April 16 in Kennewick.

She was born in Eagle, Colo., and lived in Richland for 58 years.

She was a homemaker.

Lionel Dale Sams, 91, of Kennewick, died April 18 in Richland.

He was born in Walla Walla and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1964.

He was a retired mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service in Richland.

Carl King, 69, of Kennewick, died April 17 in Kennewick.

He was born in Logan, Utah, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 42 years.

He was a retired manager at Energy Northwest.

Randy Gene Colby, 70, of Kennewick, died April 17 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Richland and lived in the Tri-Cities for 45 years.

He retired from Dial A Ride in Pullman.
