He was born in Sacramento, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 60 years.
He was a safety instructor.

Tony Lynn Rigby, 63, of Kennewick, died April 9 in Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.
He was born in Rexburg, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1976.
He was a chef at Cedars Restaurant in Kennewick.

She was a retired fish counter for the U.S. Department of Fish and Wildlife.
