Felipa Rodriguez Elvira

Felipa Rodriguez Elvira, 89, of Pasco, died April 6 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

She was born Pegueros Jalisco, Mexico, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 34 years.

She was a homemaker.

Dellis J. Kimball

Dellis Jay Kimball, 60, of Kennewick, died April 3 at home.

He was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-Cities for three years.

He was the retired foreman for Industrial Glass Co.

Vernon Mindermann

Vernon Mindermann, 77, of Richland, died April 4 in Richland.

He was born in Spokane and lived in Richland for 40 years.

He was the owner of Zip’s on Lee Boulevard.

Maria F. Garcia

Maria F. Garcia, 81, of Sunnyside, died April 7 in Sunnyside.

She was born in McAllen, Texas, and was a longtime Sunnyside resident.

She was a retired laborer in a fruit warehouse.

Velma A. Purser

Velma Ann Purser, 88, of Kennewick, died April 7 in Kennewick.

She was born in Kennewick and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

She was a retired data processor.

Michael Mercado

Michael Ray Mercado, 37, of Kennewick died March 16 in Tacoma.

He was born in Kennewick and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

He was a lawn worker.

Max Swenson

Max Maynard Swenson, 86, of Pasco, died April 7 in Pasco.

He was born in Preston, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 46 years.

The Army veteran was a retired operations worker in the insurance industry.
