Jerald “Jerry” Bickford, 74, of Kennewick, died Feb. 21 in Kennewick.

He was born in Seattle and lived in Kennewick for 17 years.

He was a retired detective sergeant for the Seattle Police Department.

Amber Susanna Evenson, 42, of Richland, died Feb. 18 in Richland.

She was born in Pasco and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

She was a bartender in the food industry.

Leodan Lopez

Leodan Lopez, 48, of Pasco died Feb. 18 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Pasco and was a lifelong Tri-Citian.

He was a certified nurse assistant.

Linda D. Robinson

Linda Diane Robinson, 68, of Richland, died Feb. 13 in Richland.

She was born in Denver, Colo., and lived in Richland for 47 years.

She was a retired occupational therapy assistant.

Nyawargak Guich

Nyawargak Guich, 30, of Kennewick, died Feb. 22 in Kennewick.

She was born in Nasir, Sudan, Africa, and lived in the Tri-Cities for seven years.

She was a student.

Susan Chambers-Newland

Susan Chambers-Newland, 63, of Pasco, died Feb. 2 at home.

She was born in Barstow, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 30 years.

She was a retired office manager for Newland Chiropractic Clinic.

Debby K. Sanders

Debby Kim Sanders, 66, of Richland, died Feb. 22 at home.

She was born in Seattle and lived in Richland since 2005.

She was a retired maintenance clerk for the city of San Bernardino, Calif.

J.C. Isley

J.C. Isley, 88, died Jan. 29 at Providence Centralia Hospital.

He was born in Austin, Texas, and lived in the Tri-Cities for over 25 years.

He was retired from the General Telephone Co., handling communications for events such as Water Follies and the Hanford site.

Green Hill Crematorium in Kelso, Wash., is in charge of arrangements.

Ruben Garza Ramirez

Ruben Garza Ramirez, 56, of Pasco, died Feb. 21 at Chaplaincy Hospice House in Kennewick.

He was born in Fresno, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 50 years.

He was a retired laborer for Boise Cascade.
