Terrance A. Cleary

Terrance A. Cleary, 58, of Pasco, died Feb. 20 in Richland.

He was born in Blytheville, Ark., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 15 years.

He was a retired marine deck officer in the U.S. Army.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

Juan Olivera Morfin

Juan Olivera Morfin, 90, of Kennewick, died Feb. 20 at home.

He was born in Guinarera, Jalisco, Mexico, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 34 years.

He was a laborer for Broetje Orchards.

Justa Juarez

Justa Juarez, 68, of Pasco, died Feb. 19 at Trios Southridge Hospital in Kennewick.

She was born in Compton, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities for seven years.

She was a laborer in the agriculture industry.

William T. Yant

William Thomas Yant, 84, of Pasco, died Feb. 19 in Pasco.

He was born in Salinas, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 47 years.

The Navy veteran was the retired pastor the Spanish Riverview Baptist Church.

Roy D. Johnson

Roy D. Johnson, 64, of Richland, died Feb. 21 in Kennewick.

He was born in Colfax, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 17 years.

He was a retired carpenter.

Philbert E. Ortega

Philbert Ezekiel Ortega, 64, of Richland, died on Jan. 16 in Richland.

He was born in Albuquerque, N.M., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 7 years.

The Air Force veteran was a retired insurance sales rep.

William ‘Bill’ R. Carder

William “Bill” Roger Carder, 75, of Kennewick, died on Jan. 22 in Kennewick.

He was born in Sacramento, CA, and lived in the Tri-Cities for two years.

He was a retired iron worker.

Melvin J. Cook

Melvin James Cook, 84, of Mesa, died Jan. 20 in Richland.

He was born in Garfield, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 56 years.

He was a retired dairy farmer.
