He was born in Pasco and lived in the Tri-Cities for 50 years.
He was a retired naval serviceman and electronics technician for the U.S. Navy.

Walter Irvin Enderlin, 88, of Kennewick, died Feb. 9 at home.
He was born in Placerville, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1974.
He was a retired mechanical engineer for Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Richland.

Richard William Oldham, 69, of Richland, died Feb. 6 in Richland.
He was born in Richland and lived in the Tri-Cities for 15 years.
He was a retired environmental compliance officer.

Frances Judy Allen, 74, of Kennewick, died Feb. 10 in Kennewick.
She was born in Chatum, Ontario, Canada, and was a member of Chippewa First Nation.
She lived in the Tri-Cities for 30 years and was a homemaker.

Leonard Everett Wyland, 91, of Richland, died Feb. 6 in Richland.
He was born in Alliance, Neb., and was the retired owner/operator of Wyland’s Arco.

He was born in California and was a longtime Lower Yakima Valley resident.

Phillip Edward Paris, 61, of Kennewick, died Feb. 9 in Kennewick.

He was born in Vancouver, Wash., and had lived in the Tri-Cities since 2012.
