Robert Hugh Clarno Jr., 81, of Kennewick, died Feb. 6 in Richland.
He was born in Portland, Ore., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 18 years.
He was a retired teacher of the deaf and hard of hearing across the Pacific Northwest.
