He was born in Yakima and lived in the Tri-Cities for 12 years.
He was a safety and health professional for Battelle at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Richland.

Basil L.F. Jules
Basil Louie Falardeau Jules, 73, of Pasco, died Oct. 23 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.
He was born in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada, and lived in the Tri-Cities area since 2007.
He was a retired laborer for the Local 348 labor union.

William R. Howe
William Robert Howe, 91, of Kennewick, died Oct. 24 in Kennewick.
He was born in Stayton, Ore., and lived in the Tri-Cities for eight years.
He was the retired store manager for JC Penney.

Evelyn Eirich, 93, of Sunnyside, died Oct. 25 in Sunnyside.
She was born in Saginaw, Mich., and was a longtime Sunnyside resident.
She was a homemaker and a paraeducator.

Romar Swarner, 75, of Richland, died Oct. 21 in Kennewick.
He was born in Fairbanks, Alaska, and lived in Richland for 22 years.
The Army veteran was retired from work for the state of Alaska.
