Belia Ceballos Romero, 76, of West Richland, died Oct. 22 at home.

She was born in Pihuamo, Jalisco, Mexico, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 24 years.

She was a homemaker.

Arla M. Lindstrand

Arla Mae Lindstrand, 94, of Sunnyside, died Oct. 22 in Sunnyside.

She was born in Kennewick and was a lifelong Sunnyside resident.

She was a homemaker.

Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.

James O. McConnell

James O. McConnell, 88, of Kennewick, died Oct. 21 in Kennewick.

He was born in St. Cloud, Minn., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1955.

He was a retired instrument tech at the Hanford site.

Margarite L. Gale

Margarite Louise Gale, 97, of Kennewick, died Oct. 24 in Kennewick.

She was born in Plymouth, Ind., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 88 years.

She was a homemaker.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

Keith E. Tarr

Keith Eldon Tarr, 61, of Benton City, died Oct. 20 in Benton City.

He was born in Prosser and was a lifelong Tri-Cities area resident.

He was a retired general foreman at Hanford.
