Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers offer reward for shooting suspects

Kennewick police and Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers are offering a $1,000 award for details leading to the arrest of two drive-by shooting suspects.

Juan R. Sanchez, 35, and Tara L. Jacobsen, 32, are wanted for a drive-by shooting that occurred on the 4700 block of West Metaline Avenue in Kennewick on July 7.

Sanchez is 5-foot-10, 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has numerous tattoos.

Jacobsen is 5-foot, 100 pounds with brown or dyed hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be with Sanchez.
