Terrilynn Cramer, 18, of Benton City, was turning left off Highland Road Extension at the highway just before 11:30 a.m. when she was hit by a northbound Honda Accord, said Washington State Patrol Trooper Daniel Mosqueda.
Cramer was driving a 2011 Audi Q5 and was taken to Prosser Memorial Health.
The driver of the Accord, Norma Rodriguez Corrales, 53, of Mattawa, was taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland after suffering a broken bone.
