The Benton County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating a missing woman near Richland.

A car belonging to Toni Rae Atchley, 54, was found 11 a.m. Sunday along Highway 240 near Beloit Ave., near the Hanford-Rattlesnake gate, according to a social media post from the sheriff’s office.

Officials are concerned because her phone and personal effects were left in the 2017 Toyota Corrola, which they said was also fully operational and had gas.

The sheriff’s office has been unable to contact Atchley of Wenatchee. Family and friends told officials they had not seen or heard from her.

At this time they do not have a timeline for her disappearance.

Anyone with information about Atchley or her car is encouraged to call the non-emergency number at 509-628-0333.
