Police are looking for suspects in two convenience store robberies this week in Kennewick.

The first happened just after 2 a.m. Wednesday at the Circle K on the 2100 block of West Fourth Avenue. The robber came into the store and grabbed items before heading to the door.

On his way to the door, he attacked the clerk.

According to initial reports, the man appeared to be on drugs and took off his shirt before the attack. But no weapons were seen.

The second robbery was just after 9 p.m. at the Euro Mart at 3101 W. Clearwater Ave. He walked up to the clerk with his hand in his pocket and said he had a gun.

After getting cash, he left the store.

Police unsuccessfully tried using a police dog to track the robber.

Anyone with information on either of these crimes is asked to call the Kennewick police through the non-emergency dispatch number at 509-628-0333.
