Richland police are investigating a shooting incident at a Richland apartment complex Friday night.

Neighbors say they heard one shot followed by several more rounds about 8:35 p.m. in the parking lot of the Columbia Park Apartments on the 1600 block of Jadwin Avenue near Chief Joseph Middle School.

Officers said a 30-year-old man was shot several times and was seriously wounded. He was rushed to Kadlec Regional Medical Center.

Police were looking for a dark sedan, possibly a Honda-type car, with a suspect and a driver.

No other updates were released.
