June is Pride Month.

Pride Month goes back decades, an annual tradition that began on the anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising of 1969.

What started as a yearly march has become a monthlong observation, with events aimed at celebrating queer communities and remembering LGBTQ+ individuals who died from hate crimes and HIV/AIDS, as well as educational opportunities.

“The purpose of the commemorative month is to recognize the impact that lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender individuals have had on history locally, nationally and internationally,” the Library of Congress said.

In 2026, there are numerous pride events planned across Tri-Cities.

Here’s what to know:

When is 2026 Pride Festival in Tri-Cities?

Each year, Tri-Cities Pride holds a festival in Pasco for the LGBTQ+ community.

The Tri-Cities Pride Festival is the largest pride event in the region.

It features local organizations, food trucks, vendor stands and plenty of entertainment, including beloved local drag queens. Azúcar at Out and About will run the beer garden this year.

The 2026 Pride Festival will be at Memorial Park, 1520 West Shoshone St. in Pasco, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, June 14.

The festival ends with an after party, a 21-and-up drag show and dance party hosted by Rohla Blunt at Azúcar at Out and About, 327 West Lewis St. in Pasco. Doors open at 7 p.m.

How can I support Tri-Cities Pride?

Other events in June support the nonprofit Tri-Cities Price, including Pride Karaoke at The Emerald of Siam, 1314 Jadwin Ave. in Richland, on Friday, June 12, from 9 p.m. to close.

Advance reservations cost $5, and door cover will be by donation, with proceeds benefitting Tri-Cities Pride.

Are there dance parties planned ? Drag shows?

Additionally, Azúcar at Out and About will host multiple events throughout the month.

The festivities begin with a Pride Fest Kickoff hosted by Rohla Blunt on Saturday, June 6. The dance party and drag show, which features a stacked cast including Slayonce and Faetality, starts at 9:30 p.m., but doors open at 8 p.m.

Discounted early bird tickets are available online, and tickets will be $15 at the door.

The Latino LGBTQ+ club is bringing back its successful Latino Pride event on Saturday, June 13, featuring an all-ages daytime festival followed by a 21-and-up party and drag show.

The festival portion will take place outside from 4 to 8 p.m., featuring local Latino-owned businesses, vendors and community organizations. Entertainment will include ballet folklórico performances, live DJs and family-friendly drag performances on the outdoor stage.

Azúcar at Out and About will run a sectioned-off beer garden for adults.

“The daytime festival is built for everyone — a safe, joyful, celebratory space where Latino LGBTQ+ culture takes center stage and every generation is welcome,” organizers said.

At 8 p.m., the festival transforms to a 21-and-up party, starting with live music in the beer garden. The grand finale begins at 10 p.m. with a full drag show inside the club.

“Latino Pride Pasco is the only Latino Pride celebration in Eastern Washington — a space where Latino LGBTQ+ identity is centered, celebrated and uplifted,” said organizers.
