Which grocery stores in Tri-Cities are closed on Memorial Day?

All Costco Wholesale warehouses across the United States are closed on the same seven holidays each year, including Memorial Day.

Both Tri-Cities Costco locations will be closed on Monday, May 25.

Natural Grocers also observe seven company-wide holidays each year. That includes Memorial Day.

The supermarket chain’s Kennewick location will not be open on Monday.

When are Tri-Cities grocery stores open on Memorial Day 2026?

Several grocery stores will remain open for business on Memorial Day — Monday, May 25.

Walmart locations in Tri-Cities will stay open as usual from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Staff at Tri-Cities Target locations confirmed that the stores will be open regular hours on Memorial Day, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Both WinCo locations will remain open for standard 24-hour service.

Additionally, both Fred Meyer locations will be as normal from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.

All Safeway locations are expected to remain open for regular hours, according to Patch.com. Tri-Cities Safeway stores are open from 5 a.m. to midnight.

All Yoke’s Fresh Market locations will be open as usual from 5 a.m. to midnight.

Grocery Outlet locations in Kennewick and Pasco will be open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The Richland Grocery Outlet location on Queensgate Drive is usually open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., but will close an hour early on Memorial Day.
