Tri-Citians honored Veterans Day on Tuesday with several ceremonies to thank and remember current and past service members.

The Tri-Cities is home to an estimated 16,000 veterans who served in the United States military, with about 45,000 in the region.

Photographer Scott Hunt shared these images from the ceremony in Columbia Park.

The city of Kennewick and Kennewick VFW Post #5785 organized the ceremony, which also commemorated the 21st anniversary of the Regional Veterans Memorial.
